CEPS Associate Research Fellow Giovanni Faleg published an article entitled “EU security strategy and regional responsibilities” on the online magazine E!Sharp. In this article, Dr. Faleg argues that the EU should abandon its global rhetoric and go regional, hence reframing its priorities in regional terms.
